Delivery Information

We use The Courier Guy for all door-to-door deliveries. Once your order has shipped, you can track your parcel on The Courier Guy Website or click the View Order button in your order confirmation email.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and paid for before 09:30 AM (Monday – Friday) are shipped from our premises on the same day.
  
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday.
  
• Delivery Lead Time: Standard delivery takes 1 – 2 working days for main city centers (excluding weekends and public holidays). While we aim for overnight delivery, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Includes Pretoria (Rosslyn down to Moreleta Park), Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, Johannesburg (covering Krugersdorp, Brackenhurst up to Benoni), as well as surrounding areas such as Brits, Hartbeespoort, Rustenburg, Randfontein, Carletonville, Westonaria, Vereeniging, Parys, Vanderbijlpark, Brakpan, Springs, and Nigel.

2. National Delivery (Rest of South Africa)

Includes main centers and regional areas across all other 8 provinces (e.g., Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit, Polokwane, George, Kimberley, etc.).

International Shipping

To place an international order, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@blckflavour.co.za.
   
2. Include your contact details, full shipping address, and the exact items you wish to purchase.
   
3. We will calculate the shipping fees and email you a customized quote.
   

• Delivery Time: International deliveries generally take around 7 working days, depending on the destination country.
  
• Customs & Import Rules: Customers are responsible for verifying their country’s import regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or destroyed packages due to customs restrictions, and refunds will not be issued for non-compliant imports.
  
• USA Shipping Notice: Shipping to the USA is currently suspended until further notice.
