Delivery Information
Shipping in South Africa
We make use of "The Courier Guy" for door to door delivery. To track a parcel, please track on http://www.thecourierguy.co.za/ or click the "view order button" to see your tracking information.
Standard Shipping 1 - 2 days excl weekends and public holidays (*Main city Centers)
Once an order is placed & paid, we package & hand it over to the courier company as quickly as possible. Although we aim for overnight delivery, we cannot guarantee this.
Orders placed before 01:00pm will be shipped from our premises the same day for delivery the next working day* or the day after (excluding weekends & public holidays & regional areas).
Orders placed after 01:00 pm on a Friday will be shipped out on Monday.

Flat shipping fee of R129 for a parcel up to 5kg thereafter calculated by parcel weight
Areas included: Pretoria (Rosslyn down to Moreleta Park), Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, Johannesburg (covering Krugersdorp, Brackenhurst up to Benoni).
Areas surrounding Johannesburg have a flat shipping fee of R129 for a parcel up to 5 kg thereafter calculated by weight
Areas included: Brits, Hartbeesport, Rustenburg, Randfontein, Carletonville, Westonaria, Vereeniging, Parys, Vanderbijlpark, Brakpan, Springs & Nigel.
National Shipping
Areas around South Africa (Main Center's only) have a flat shipping fee of R139 for a parcel up to 2 kg thereafter calculated by weight
Areas included: Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, George, Kimberely, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Port Elizabeth, Potchefstroom, Welkom, Witbank.
Please make sure to choose the correct shipping fee on checkout. Failure to do so may result in your parcel being delayed. If you are unsure about which delivery fee to choose for your area, please contact us before you checkout to avoid any delays.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally, in order for us to process your order, you would need to do the following:
1. Send us an email at hello@blckflavour.co.za
2. In your email, please include your contact details and full shipping address
3. Also please include the items you would like to purchase.
We will then be able to calculate the shipping and provide you with a quote.
Delivery usually takes around 7 days (country dependent). We cannot be held responsible for delays at customs, please make sure you are familiar with your countries regulations regarding the items you are purchasing. Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to shipping and customs regulation. In the event of your package being rejected/ destroyed, we will not refund your package as the onus is on the purchaser to make sure your country allows importation of the product you are purchasing.
